Finnished my sig hog bipe, really pleased with the model sig makes great kits.  Have posted a few pictures on here to show off my handy work :D.

May do a build log of my next kit to help promote the forum and kit building depending on interest. Prob be like watching paint dry for some?.

Will bring her up to the club for the maiden soon by someone more experienced, will not be me as my flying skills are still crap, still get twitchy thumbs flying lt40 first flight of day. Will hardy promote kit builds if I stuff it into a tree first flight:roll:.

Looks brilliant. Nice Job on the covering! I think a build log would be good. Lots of pictures, few words is the way to go. Concentrate on where you've had to work around a problem.

Aye pleased with it and came on a fair bit with the covering.

Got a shed to erect (Ooh er missus) and a repair to do on a other plane then hopefully plenty of summer flying before my next build. The choices are a goldberg ultimate, great planes skybolt, goldberg sukhoi or Balsa USA Grasshopper 1/4 scale cub on floats.

Will see how I like flying the bipe before deciding, but I just love the look of them so will prob be a bipe.

I used to have a Goldberg Ultimate. Not a bad model and fairly lightweight. However, it was a royal pain to rig and de-rig - I would hesitate to recommend it unless your car is big enough to take it fully assembled.

It is worth getting a glassfibre cowl (the plastic one bundled with the kit is awful) and using an incidence meter to get the wing rigging angle correct.

Fully built up, so Solartex / Profilm is your best choice of covering.

Best engine is a .90 twostroke.
