Hi all,

For the bronze you need to perform a "Lazy 8" what is this because I am looking to sit my test very soon :D I would also like it if someone could show me at the field if at all possible :p

Any help is much appreciated.

Well it might vary from ex to ex but if you read the SAA notes you will see they want you to turn 120o

To turn that much it cannot be described as a lazy eight. it is a shallow figure of eight. When I was tested I had to fly an eight in a 40m x 10m rectangle crossing the mid point. So nose in it aint but neither is it flat or lazy.

Also needs to done at a slow walking pace, same height (skids) all round. They want the model to be moving forwards at all times so you can't just stop and rudder it in. There needs to be a little bit of aeliron to get it round smoothly.

Usual leeway for wind though they will expect you to at least try and keep to the pattern.
