I have contacted North Lanarkshire council regarding the shocking condition of the Pallacerigg road leading to the flying field. If other members can do likewise they might do something about it.

Might be a good idea to start talking and sending the photos of the road, that way they know that they will be libel for damage to cars, tyres ect, usually that gets them moving to get the road patached up,

the normal battle cry from the council is ( we havent heard any problem with the road ) that stops them paying you monies !!!!  i know i have had it said to me after i damaged a wheel in a pot hole.

Trial Bike Damage

If you see the two young trial bike riders or hear them in the lanes then please phone the police on this number and report that they are in the Palacerigg lane system. 01236 503900.

Please be sure it is two bikes, there are occasional single riders who will not return to the expected location the police are aware of.

Do not break down the perimeter fence for any reason. Do not climb the fence and disturb the hawthorn we have piled against the fence. Use the main gate if you are exiting or entering the premises.

Do not break through the hedge to the rear of the car park. If you must use the public facilities at Palacerigg.
