Rod this looks excellent and is a big improvement on what we had before. I think the mix of practicality and safety is right and that the diagram and summary give us something that is easy to understand and enforce. I hope everyone will give this some focus and that we can all talk to each other sensibly when we think that there's a problem, making a point without rancour. On a very minor, picky note, I couldn't see the engine tune up areas on the diagram. Maybe these could be added in the next issue. Keep up the good work.

Tuning bench has been discussed but not agreed. Options are where the original bench was at the left of the heli area or at the top of the field immediately adjacent to the lane. Not sure if either suits our needs. Perhaps we need something boxed in to contain the noise just a wee bit.

Trial Bike Damage

If you see the two young trial bike riders or hear them in the lanes then please phone the police on this number and report that they are in the Palacerigg lane system. 01236 503900.

Please be sure it is two bikes, there are occasional single riders who will not return to the expected location the police are aware of.

Do not break down the perimeter fence for any reason. Do not climb the fence and disturb the hawthorn we have piled against the fence. Use the main gate if you are exiting or entering the premises.

Do not break through the hedge to the rear of the car park. If you must use the public facilities at Palacerigg.
